Built in the late eighteenth century, the Moulin de Fourges is a magical place inspired by the architecture of Queen Marie- Antoinette’s hamlet at Versailles. Located close to the parc du Vexin, this listed building boasts a pleasant rural setting with a garden on the banks of the river Epte.
In the restaurant with its rooms in the Norman tradition, or on its large heated terrace at the foot of the river, enjoy fine local cuisine brought up to date with harmonious innovations. The chef Valentin Petrov’s menu changes every 3 weeks to make the best of the most carefully selected seasonal produce.

“The site is amazing, both unique and historic. The Moulin has a true soul and it is easy to understand the Impressionist painters’ attachment to this region. The place is conducive to contemplation and the simple pleasures of the table. When designing the restaurant’s menu we wanted to provide a menu that changed every month: a starter, fish course, meat course and a dessert. It’s a selective choice based on the quality of the produce: fewer products but all in season, prepared with respect, so as to provide you with a moment of true pleasure!”
